Proactive Citizen Foundation is a Non-Profit Organization created by young social entrepreneurs with a mission to solve citizen's critical social problems in Indian way through technology and volunteerism. We are currently solving the road safety problem in India as at every 3 minutes one life is lost on Indian Roads. In 2021, over 4.5 lakhs road accidents took place, killing 1.55 lakhs and seriously injuring over 1.9 lakhs citizens. More people died in road accidents than in COVID-19.

A platform of next-generation tech-driven solution providers of road safety where technology compensates for Infra, vehicle and human limitations.
IRF SCHOOL ZONE ROAD SAFETY PORTAL
Auditing and Reporting School zone road safety deficiencies on Web Portal for Public view so that Citizens can put pressure on school & civil administration to rectify the vulnerabilities to make schools safe.
DRIVER-FOCUSED ROAD SAFETY AWARENESS
#Changebehaviourbeforegear is a targeted campaign for drivers. Calculating SDS & assisting driver’s training based on SDS through a digital platform by connecting with good training schools.
C-75 ROAD SAFETY PROGRAM
It targets a 50% reduction in road accidents in 75 selected cities.
VOLUNTEER ENGAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
It targets to engage 10,000 volunteers though out India @ 100 per city to implement road safety programs on the ground.
CAPACITY BUILDING FOR AUDITING
Assisting IRF for Certified Online Training of school Zone Auditors.
ROAD SAFETY FORENSIC AUDIT
Evidence-based Forensic Audits by a panel of experts using next-gen technological tools for Govts, OEMs, Road Authorities and other stakeholders and suggesting Data-driven solutions based on Data analysis & simulation.
KNOWLEDGE HUB OF STATISTICS & DATA ANALYTICS
Interactive Platform displays the latest Statistics on Road Accidents, Data Analytics, Reports and Policies related to road safety, encouraging readers' suggestions, information and updates through FORUM/CHATBOT.
MALVIYA FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM
Select 100 bright students from IITs/IIMs/NITs for a paid internship under Malviya Fellowship Program.
MALVIYA CARE PROGRAM
Providing relief through scholarships and skilling to the accident victims' families.

Proactive Foundation is a globally recognized Non-Profit Organization, which is solving critical citizen centric issues through involvement and engagement of latest technologies and volunteers.
Proactive Foundation is currently working on promoting active citizenship to solve road safety menace in India. Road Accidents are killing more than 150 thousand people and seriously injuring over 400 thousand Indian citizens every year. Proactive Foundation is working to solve this serious problem with the infusion of technology in the road safety domain and creating proactive citizens through volunteerism to implement it on the ground and enhance the awareness about road safety in the society.
Just in a span of 3 months the Proactive Foundation has started few far reaching and impact full programs with the launch of School Zone Road Safety Monitoring Portal in collaboration with International Road Federation (IC) and Social awareness program “#Changebehaviourbeforegear”
